Our Mission

The Mission Statement of the A-K Valley Federal Credit Union is:

To be the primary financial service provider to our membership by making all traditional banking services and products affordable to them.
To continually strive to expand our membership and actively pursue growth by marketing our credit union to members and potential members.
To provide our services and products at the highest level of quality, fairness, personal attention, convenience and efficiency.
To bring people in underserved communities into the financial mainstream.
To educate our members in the use of credit and other financial services, as these will impact the betterment of their quality of life.
To view our members as part of their community, and contribute to the revitalization of that community by working in concert with other community organizations and leaders.
To be guided by our member's own definition of their needs and to be responsible to their assessment of our performance.
To advocate for government policies and regulations (both state and federal), which will strengthen our credit union and the entire credit union movement.
