Overdraft from the Savings

All A-K Valley FCU checking accounts are automatically linked to the savings account for overdraft protection.  If an item is clearing your checking and there are not sufficient funds the system will automatically look to the savings to cover the item.  If the funds are available the system will pay the item and charge the your account an $8.00 fee.

Courtesy Pay

A-K Valley FCU offers a great overdraft protection program we call Courtesy Pay.  With Courtesy Pay should you overdraw your checking account, we will pay your check and charge you a fee of $25 per item.  This will save you embarrassment of having a check returned to a merchant and will save you the fees the merchant would have charged you.
