  VISA CREDIT CARD PROTECTION

For your protection we are enhancing the security on your credit card account.  We currently monitor for suspicious activity and now offer this protection during the actual purchase request.  If your transaction is not approved, with a simple call to customer service (800) 433-0505 we can review activity and get your account back in order immediately.  This number is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.  If you experience declines outside of this window, you will have to call member service or the credit union the following business day.  We hope you enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your A-K Valley FCU credit card carries the latest state of the art security features.

       Surcharge Free ATM Networks!

We are pleased to tell you about a new ATM network we have joined.  This new nationwide network, called ALLPOINT, allows you to do transactions at their ATM's without charging you a fee.  There are many machines in the local area as well as all fifty states.  We expect to be up and running on the new network by February 6, 2006.  After this date, as long as you are using an ALLPOINT machine, you will not be charged a fee, regardless of any surcharge notices on the machine.  For a complete listing of the ALLPOINT machines, you can log onto
